1. What certifications will I earn after completing your Unarmed Security Guard course?
You’ll receive a certificate of completion that fulfills the 20-hour training requirement for unarmed security guards in Illinois. This certificate is required when applying for your PERC card through the state.
2. Do you offer training in less lethal tools like handcuffing, baton, and pepper spray?
Yes! Our Less Lethal Certification Course includes hands-on training in handcuffing, baton techniques, and OC (pepper spray) use. You’ll receive individual certifications for each component upon successful completion.
3. Are your instructors certified and experienced?
Yes. All instructors are state-certified professionals with real-world experience in law enforcement and private security. They combine expert instruction with hands-on mentorship and practical insight.
4. Does the Armed Security Guard training include live range time?
Yes. In compliance with Illinois state law, our Armed Security Guard curriculum includes 8 hours of mandatory range qualification. You’ll receive hands-on firearms training under the supervision of certified instructors to ensure you’re fully prepared and meet all state requirements.
5. What payment methods do you accept, and do you offer payment plans or financial aid?
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. While we do not currently offer payment plans or financial aid, we are actively working to establish partnerships with government and private funding sources. Updates will be shared as these options become available.
