20-Hour Basic Security Training
(Required for Firearms Cert.)

PROGRAM STRUCTURE – 28 HOURS TOTAL
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR)
- Completion of 20-Hour Unarmed Training required
- Obtain PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card) if employed
- Earn FCC (Firearm Control Card/Tan Card) post-training
- Certification renewal every 3 years
